Does the artwork come ready to hang?
Yes, our 'Framed' and 'Gallery Wrap' options arrive fully assembled with pre-installed hanging hardware. If you purchase a 'Print Only' option, it will arrive rolled in a protective tube.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each piece is made to order to ensure quality. Production typically takes 3-5 business days, and shipping usually takes an additional 5-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your art, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition.
Do you offer custom sizing?
We do! If the standard sizes listed on our product pages don't fit your space, please contact our support team with your specific dimensions for a custom quote.
Is my shipment insured against damage?
Absolutely. We pack our art with extreme care, but if your order arrives damaged during transit, please take a photo and contact us immediately so we can send a replacement at no extra cost.
